CMGC First Floor Renovation

This four story 40,000 square foot mixed use structure is sited on the perimeter of a small town business district. Its design is intended to set both the scale and tone for infill development between itself and the center of town (about two blocks away). Scale, materials, fenestration and articulation are critical to both owner and town. How the building meets and integrates with the surrounding sidewalks and terraces creates an urbane and comfortable space for pedestrians, building occupants and neighbors who seek an oasis for shopping, dining and gathering.
