Richard Cuebas

Richard Cuebas

Richard Cuebas is co-founder and Vice-President of Integra Design Group. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Design from the University of Puerto Rico and a Master’s degree in Architecture from Arizona State University. Richard has directed the design of a wide range of project types, including institutional buildings, residential developments and urban planning. As a sustainable designer, Richard collaborated as a coach for the Green Jobs Program, a government effort to train employees in sustainability practice.

John Fryday

John, a North Carolina native, earned a Bachelor of Architecture from UNC Charlotte and a Bachelor of Environmental Design from NC State University. He is one of the few Charlotte architects who is also a certified interior designer. His career path includes five years with Wolf Associates Architects, an internationally recognized firm, and five years with JN Pease Associates, one of Charlotte’s largest firms, where he was Director of Interior Design and later Assistant to the Director of Architecture.

Michael Doyne

Michael, a longtime Charlotte resident earned both a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Architecture at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Michael worked as a Senior Associate at JN Pease Associates, one of Charlotte’s largest Architecture and Engineering firms. There he was responsible for projects ranging from Duke Power’s Phase II Electric Center and the North Carolina Center for Public Television to the Renovation of the Duke University Eye Center in Durham.

Carlos Báez

Carlos Báez

MSCE, PE, LEED AP BD+C

Carlos Báez is co-founder and President of Integra Design Group. As a Principal of Integra, he is in charge of the Department of Civil Engineering, Permit Procurement and Environmental Studies and the Department of Structural Engineering. Carlos has managed several challenging design projects in Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic and Aruba, including infrastructure master planning, structural engineering design and retrofit, and water management facilities. Carlos also oversees contracts related to construction management and inspection, project management, permits procurement, cost estimating and contract management.

Carlos Purcell

Carlos Purcell

MBA, AIT, AAIA

Carlos Purcell is in charge of Corporate Administration, New Business Relations and Marketing. His experience in project management and business endeavors resulted in successful relationships with builders, project owners and consultants for the construction of various private and public projects in Puerto Rico and the Caribbean. He is also in charge of managing affiliations and joint ventures with other corporations for participating in request for proposals.
